Join the Slow Food Movement

Bistro at The Courthouse is Slow Food Accredited. This means that we offer good clean, fair food sourced from local farmers and producers. The difference in quality is obvious. We use seasonal ingredients like locally caught sustainable seafood and locally reared meats, we home bake, we take our time to prepare from scratch. We follow the rules that once passed from generation to generation, but have been forgotten in a world that is focused on speed and convenience.
